Author and LDS church figure comes to speak at Institute
Jack Marshall will be coming to speak for a devotional at the Orem Institute of Religion on Nov 9. He is presently an associate director of the Institute of Religion at the University of Utah. He has worked for the Church Educational System for 33 years teaching throughout the United States and Canada.

He is presently an associate director of the Institute of Religion at the University of Utah. He has worked for the Church Educational System for 33 years teaching throughout the United States and Canada.
Jack has served in positions ranging from seminary principa
l in Southern California to his current position. He has also worked with programs such as "Educational Week," "Especially for Youth" and "Know Your Religion."
Jack received his undergraduate degree at Weber State University and his masters at Brigham Young University. He is also an author, co-author and contributing author of several books and has near 15 CD/DVD’s on the topic of religion.
Jack is married to the former Liz Johnson and they are the parents of five children. He will be speaking in the noon devotional on Friday at the Institute building located on UVSC campus.
