A fire alarm was reported at the UCCU Center during the State High School Vol- leyball tournament.
I was already on scene and was able to quickly determine the alarm was caused by a poorly placed cotton candy machine. The system was reset and the cotton candy vendor as moved.
2:26 p.m.
I responded to a fire alarm in the library. The alarm ap- pears to have been caused by an unknown smoking in the women’s’ restroom main level.

9:11 a.m.
Responded to a possible intoxicated male in the Woodbury building. The male was located and found to be sober. This case closed.
7:53 p.m.
I was notified by dispatch of a call from the LDS Institute reporting of children playing in the elevators. I responded to the Institute and spoke with the individual that was near the elevator.
They indicated that the elevator had gotten stuck between floors. The passen- gers were able to force the doors open from the inside and had climbed out.
