The Utah State Historical Records Advisory Board has announced its 2007 Grant Awards.
A total of 17 grant applicants have been approved for either full or partial funding.
These grants were made possible through funding from the Utah State Legislature for the Regional Repository Training and Development – "Preserving Utah’s Historical Documents" program.
The funding allows for a grant and training program to be administered over the next three years.
These grants play a vital role in preserving Utah’s historical records and making them more accessible to the public.
Of the grants distributed, UVSC received $2,000 for microfilm equipment for the library.
