Very dark hot chocolate

1 cup milk
2 Tbs cocoa powder
4 tsp sugar
6 dashes salt

Start heating milk in a saucer at medium heat. Stir in cocoa, sugar and salt. You can also add 1/4 tsp cinnamon and/or a tiny dash of cayenne pepper to be adventurous. Keep stirring frequently until hot (approximately five minutes). Remove from heat and serve immediately.

Tip: This particular hot chocolate recipe tastes great with a scoop of vanilla ice cream!

Note: The hot chocolate is, as the name suggests, very dark. You may need to use less cocoa powder or more sugar depending on individual preference.
