With the change of the points per reception league everyone in the sports writer league everyone prepares to win this week by making changes to their lineup.
Game of the Week:
Slammin’ Fortes (4-1) are once again involved in the Game of the Week. This week it’s against Mr. Sports Editor (3-2). Editor looks for Antonio Gates to once again have a big game in his second week to action. With Tyrod Taylor out he needs Bengals Defense to dominate the Bills and score lots of points for him, and a recent trade puts fantasy superstar, Devonta Freeman, in his hands. Forte looks for his dominant team to stay dominant. After putting up a solid 117 points and falling short last week, he expects this week to finally go his way.
Here so I Don’t get Fined (2-3) haven’t seen the same success as the Las Vegas Locos (5-0) but both are projected to score the same amount of points in their week six matchup. With Tyrod Taylor down, the Locos hand the starting job to Ryan Tannehill. He also looks for his running backs to rush to victory, running behind Adrian Peterson, Dion Lewis, and Mark Ingram. The return of Marshawn Lynch could be huge for Fined who’s missed the past few weeks. A big game from Peyton Manning may be the key for her to win this one.
Poff for America (1-3-1) won their first game last week and want to build on it this week against the white hot Breesus King of the Drews (3-2) who have a three game winning streak of their own. Poff will need DeAndre Hopkins, DeMarco Murray, and Carson Palmer to go off again if they want to win this one. Drews will continue to ride Le’Veon Bell and Odell Beckham Jr. as this one will be close.
Amazing St. Patrick’s (2-3) look to end their two game losing streak against struggling Eazy G (1-3-1). Another huge game from Allen Robinson and Andre Johnson could give Patrick’s the advantage here. With Aaron Rodgers at quarterback there’s no way you could count Patrick’s out. Eazy G had a rough week last week as bye weeks ruined his chances of winning. Now with all of his players back, big games from Brandon Marshall, Greg Olsen, and Julian Edleman could push him over the edge.
After a slow start Victory Formation (2-3) have looked unstoppable the past few weeks. This week he plays Team Morin (1-4) who look to turn their season around. Morin brings Sam Bradford, who’s been throwing up huge numbers lately. With Jamaal Charles hurt more targets could come Travis Kelce’s way, and a big game from Mike Evans are just what Morin needs. Victory Formation boasts Eddie Lacy, A.J Green, and Tyler Eifert who have looked good all season. Alshon Jeffery’s return to the lineup and a big game from Marcus Mariota could keep Formation’s winning streak going to three.
A big game Thursday and a big game Monday, these match-ups will be ones to watch all weekend.
