“A lot of people look at exercise and wellness as just something physical, but it really does help in other aspects of wellness. I look at all the aspects of how exercise and nutrition can help me: mentally, emotionally, physically, and spiritually.”
There are many benefits to yoga, and they can be yours for free if you are a full-time UVU student. The yoga class helps students “move through relaxing routines to help ease stress, by focusing on breathing and performing fluid body movements.”
Mindful yoga incorporates meditation and emotional regulation techniques into customized yoga poses to help students train both their mind and body for READ MORE
